Early 4th of July Fun

The longer we live in this town, the cooler it becomes. Aside from the birds, that is. On Sunday we went to the park to hear the 1st Marine Division Band from Camp Pendleton play a little concert. They played all patriotic and Americana songs. It was so fun and felt like the perfect summer time activity sitting in our camping chairs munching on hot dogs and hamburgers, and hearing My Country 'Tis of Thee and the Washington Post March by Souza. Grammy and Papa and Aunt Natalie met us over there along with our niece Jaina. We ended the afternoon back at our house eating, what else, watermelon!

Some pics:

Warren was there, I promise. As tempting as it is sometimes to lock him in the basement and leave him at home, we took him with us. I just didn't get any good pictures of him.
Also: if anyone has figured out how to rotate pictures on blogger, please please let me know. I can't figure it out and I leave out some cute pics sometimes because they're sideways.
Ciao.

Jen, you got to rotate the pictures first in your Pictures Folder where you have them all saved then you should be able to see them right side up. Let me know if that doesn't work?

SO SO thankful you made the trek to come visit us today with baby Aubrey :). Love you dear friend!!
