Skin Grabbing

So my little boys have this weird thing where they like to grab each other’s skin and make funny noises.  Usually it’s arm skin, but any other convenient body place works too.  Observe:

As you can tell, they think it’s hilarious!  And can someone tell me why the laundry basket is such a fun place to play?  I can’t keep these guys out of it!
